ConvertBodyNode

[CATIA V5 to JT Conversion]
Specify whether to create body nodes, and the level for the creation (each body, geometrical set, UDF and geometry feature).
[JT to JT Conversion]
Specify whether to maintain the body node structure. The behavior is the same when set to 1 or 2.
[Other CAD Formats to JT Conversion]
Specify whether to create body nodes for each volume and isolated element.
When converting from other formats, body nodes will be created for each volume and isolated element. The behavior is the same when set to 1 or 2.

      [From CATIA V5]: For each body, geometrical set, and UDF only

ConvertEmptyBodyNode

Control the convertion of empty body node.
Available only when ConvertBodyNode=1 or 2 is specified.
  • Default Value: 1
  • Values
    • 0: Convert only body node which has geometry.
    • 1: Convert all body node.

ConvertGeometryType

Specify the type of the geometry format to translate
Multiple selections is available by specifying sum of corresponding numbers.
  • Default Value: 3
  • Values
    • 1: Translate ENF B-rep to JT B-rep only
    • 2: Translate ENF B-rep to JT tessellate polygon only
    • 4: Translate ENF polygon to JT polygon
    • 8: If ENF has both B-rep and polygon for the same component, translate ENF B-rep to JT-tessellate polygon (ignore ENF polygon)

ConvertInvisible

Specify whether to convert hidden elements.
You can also tune up with the following parameter, which will be prioritized to this when set in combination;
- ConvertInvisibleInstance: Hidden instances
  • Default Value: 0
  • Values
    • 0: Don’t convert hidden elements
    • 1: Convert hidden elements

ConvertInvisibleInstance

Specify whether to convert hidden instances.
This will be prioritized for hidden instance conversion when set in combination with parameter “ConvertInvisible”.
  • Default Value: -1

  • Values

    • -1: Apply the settings specified with parameter “ConvertInvisible”
      (Effective only when “ConvertInvisible” is set.)
    • 0: Don’t convert hidden instances

    • 1: Convert hidden instances

ConvertIsoCurve

Specify whether to convert isolated wireframe curves.

  • Default Value: 1
  • Values
    • 0: Don’t convert isolated curves
    • 1: Convert isolated curves

ConvertIsoPoint

Specify whether to convert isolated points.

  • Default Value: 1
  • Values
    • 0: Don’t convert isolated points.
    • 1: Convert isolated points.
    • 2: Convert isolated points as reference points.

ConvertLayerFilter

Specify whether to convert layer filters and layer numbers.
The layer number is supported on the body node, wire (isolated curve), PMI, reference plane, reference axis, reference point and coordinate system.

    • 0: Don’t convert layer filters and layer numbers
    • 1: Convert layer filters and layer numbers

ConvertPMIAutoFlip

Specify whether to convert PMI with auto-flip of PMI text enabled.
This is effective only when PMI translation is enabled with “XConvert***” parameter(s).

    • 0: Convert PMI with auto-flip disabled
    • 1: Convert PMI with auto-flip enabled

Specify angular tolerance for Elysium tessellator (degree)

EltessChordalTol

Specify chordal tolerance for Elysium tessellator (mm)

FileFormat

Specify the file format of exported JT file.

  • Default Value: 2
  • Values
    • 0: Export in MONOLITHIC (Export all in a single file)
    • 1: Export in FULL_SHATTER (Export in separate files per assembly / part)
    • 2: Export in PER_PART (Export in separate files per assembly / part, and place them in a sub folder except the top file)

FileVersion

Specify the JT version for data export.
Please note that the value for this parameter will be automatically replaced with “FileVersion=94” when parameters for PMI conversion are set, but JT version 9.3 or older is specified.
